Booking Information and FAQ's

Booking: Groups 12-24 persons can call 60 days in advance of their desired date. Larger groups of 25-250 (max capacity) people can book up to one year in advance.

Deposit: In order to secure the date and time for your event, a $150 non refundable, non transferable deposit must be made.  This will be deducted from your final bill should you not have to change or cancel you event. An acceptable form of deposit is Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or company check.  If paying by check, it must be received within seven business days of your booking and a credit card must be on file.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellation fees apply after an event date has been secured with a deposit and a contract has been signed. Any cancellations made prior to one week in advance will result in a loss of deposit. Cancellations made less than one week before the event date will be charged 100% of the food, bocce, tax, tip, and deposit. No exceptions. To reschedule a date, an additional $150 deposit is required to rebook the event. The rescheduled date must be given within 7 days of cancellation in order not to be considered a cancellation. If a reschedule date occurs within a week of your event’s original date it will be considered a cancellation and full charges will apply.

Guaranteed Guest Count: A 25 person minimum is required for all buffets booked and 12 minimum and 24 maximum for a family style event. We must receive a final guaranteed guest count no less than seven (7) days prior to your event. If a guarantee is not given, the original guest count will be used. Should your guest count increase after the final number is given, please notify your event planner immediately, as availability may be limited. Final menus will also be due seven (7) days prior to your event. Once your guaranteed guest count and menus are confirmed, you will receive a catering proposal with your estimated total. Please note any and all changes within 24 hours of receiving the proposal.

Service Charge/Tax: A 17.5% service charge (gratuity) will be added to your final bill. This applies to all food and beverage, bocce is not included. In addition, an 9.25% tax will be charged on all food, beverage and gratuity. (We are required by California State Tax Law to charge tax on gratuity on any catered and contracted events).

Payment: Payment is due the day of your event. We accept Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. Sorry, no Diners Club or Discover Cards. If you choose to pay by a company check, payment is due within seven (7) days from the date or your event. Please note that events booked more than 6 months in advance are subject to possible price changes for food and beverage.

Full Facility Buyouts and Patio Buyouts: are subject to different booking requirements, deposits, and minimums.  Please see enclosed spreadsheets for more details.

Bocce Rental Fees: Bocce fees are $75 per court per hour. There is a 3 court minimum to reserve courts for 25 or more, a 2 court minimum for groups 12-24 and for 80 or more, please see the enclosed buyout spreadsheets.

Corkage Fees: If you wish to bring in your own bottle of wine, a corkage fee of $15 per 750 ml bottle opened will be charged. No other outside beverages are permitted into the restaurant.

Desserts:  If you choose to bring in your own dessert, a $2.00 per person charge will apply. We will be happy to plate and serve your dessert.

Decorations: You are welcome to bring in your own balloons, signs, flowers or any other decorative items. Please no confetti or nailed items allowed. Please notify us prior to your event if you will be bringing in decorations. You may not be able to decorate your area until it is available, due to previous reservations. We do not provide any decorative items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Outside entertainment is not allowed. A clean up fee will be accessed if the area is damaged in any way.

Dress Code: Due to special materials used on our Bocce Ball courts, we ask that you wear flat shoes. High heels are not permitted on the courts. Men are not permitted to wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts.

Guests Under 18 Years of Age:  Parents are to accompany all persons under 18 years of age. Parents are expected to supervise any minors on the bocce courts/dining areas at all times.
