Q: How far in advance can I make a reservation?

A: Groups from 1-16 can book up to 6 weeks in advance for bocce or dining year round with the exception of December when reservations can be made up to 4 weeks in advance. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and can be made after 9:00 A.M. 7 days a week.

Groups of 12 or more can choose to go through an Event Coordinator and may be able to book further out. Parties going through an Event Coordinator are subject to a non-refundable deposit. Please see our Events page for more information.

 Q: Can I bring in my own wine?

A: Our facility is very proud of our wine list. With over 150 wines from the Livermore Valley, California and International to selected from. Enjoy a wonderful bottle of port at the end of your evening!

But if you do wish to bring in your own bottle of wine, a corkage fee of $15 per 750ml bottle will be applied (no corkage fee for up to 4 bottles of any Livermore Valley wines). Our staff is fully trained in all aspects of the Alcoholic Beverage Commission laws and will work with each group for a very successful event. ABC law states that wine is the only beverage allowed to be brought into a facility. We do reserve the right to refuse service if needed. Our goal is for all guests to have fun - yet respect all guests using our facility. 

Q: Can I bring in my own dessert?

A:  If you choose to bring in your own dessert, such as cakes, cookies, cupcakes or any other type of desserts, a charge in the amount of $2.00 per person will apply. We will be happy to present, plate and serve your dessert for your group as well as take care of all plate, utensil and clean up needs.

 Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Cash.
